Tatiana expanded her coaching skills by incorporating kickboxing, body-weight training, and formal stretching techniques to her client sessions. She thought it was necessary to teach dancers how to prevent injuries incorporating strength training and flexibility practices.

 

Tatiana, herself, suffered a severe injury to her spine after a fall and it was during her recovery that she took time to expand her knowledge and study the benefits of Yoga, becoming, later, a Yoga certified.

 

Booiaka® is a fitness dance workout that embraces all genres of music, entertainment and dance created by visionary and choreographer Tatiana Tamai! It is a fusion of different dance styles combined in a unique, fun and easy-to-learn choreography for all shapes, ages, and levels! The progressive repetition of steps allows our bodies to naturally move to the beat while getting a great sweat!
